Tuesday morning I looked after the little boys while Margaret went and ran some errands. Otherwise it was another cooler and slow day here. In the evening Cory and I started another Monopoly game :)
Wednesday I went back to preschool. On the way home I stopped by the store and I found some strawberries!! They were a little on the pricey side, but totally worth it. In the evening Margaret went to ladies bible study and I stayed back to look after the boys. Often these times are uneventful, but this time Tino decided to loose the food he had eaten in the last couple hours. I give a lot of thanks to those who cleaned up after me the many times I was sick. It was also confirmed today that my grandparents will not be able to come at all. I had known since my grandpa fell that there travel plans would change some way or another, but today it was confirmed that they won't be able to make it at all. Yet even in the midst of the disappointment, I still feel a sense of peace. For that I am thankful.
Thursday there was preschool in the morning, otherwise nothing much happened. It is quite warm outside compared to the hoodie I was wearing on Monday.
Friday was passport stamping time again. Can't say these are my favorite days as there is a lot of waiting, and not really a reason as to how they let you in, even though you so get a number. There are also different colors. So I had a blue card, but there was also yellow, and all the yellow ones seemed to go in first. You see some interesting people though that come through in a couple hours. In the evening we were invited downstairs for supper by the couple that is staying in the room down there.
Saturday morning I went and helped Zeriah, a little girl that goes to our church, with her reading. On my way back I stopped by the market and all it's Saturday hustle and bustle. Later in the afternoon I went along to youth group. It was good to see how other youth groups are done, even though this youth group is going through some changes. After we went out for supper for my birthday. They sang happy birthday and gave me a slice of cheesecake with a candle on it :)

Well on Sunday I celebrated my 19th birthday. Even though I wasn't at home to celebrate with my family and friends there, I was still able to celebrate with my family and church family here. After church we had some people from church over for lunch and fellowship. Otherwise it was a pretty quiet and relaxing day.

Today I went Cave Tubing in the morning. It was really neat going through the cave and learning about the Mayan culture along the way. The water was really blue in places and the scenery was all around beautiful. I didn't take my camera along because I didn't want something to happen to it, but now I kind of wish I had attempted to take it along, to capture the beauty from floating along the river.
In the afternoon I just relaxed. It was another cooler day today.
Looking back on the last year a lot has changed. The year started out with the busy hustle and bustle of school and sports, and then a family vacation. Then all of a sudden I was graduating from High School. I spent the summer working at camp. When fall rolled around I was busy preparing to for my trip to Belize and applying for school. It was an eventful year with many changes, and I can't wait to see what God has in store for this next year. Seeing how he has provided makes me excited to see how he will provide.
